In just 4 steps you can register your return. At the end of the registration you can either print the return label directly or download it to your computer. You will also receive the return label by e-mail.

Important information before you start:

30 days trial period
We handle a 30 day viewing period, after receipt of the complete order. If you return within these 30 days then you choose ‘View and exchange’. In case you return after 30 days you choose ‘Warranty’.

Customer- and invoice number
You need your customer- and invoice number for registration. You can find this information on the invoice. No invoice? No problem, you can request your copy here. We will e-mail you the invoice within 1 working day.

Returning articles from more invoices
You need to register per invoice. For instance, in case you want to return 2 articles from 2 different invoices you need to have 2 returnnumbers, 2 labels and 2 return shipments. In case you combine the articles in 1 shipment we cannot guarantee correct processing of your return.
Dutch customers can hand in the return at a PostNL location. Belgium customer can hand in their return at a UPS access point.

Always ask for a proof of shipment!
This is important evidence in case your shipments gets lost.

What happens after you handed over your return shipment?
It takes approximately 10 working days for a return to arrive at our warehouse in Southern Germany. The 'delivered' status on the PostNL or UPS track and trace sites refers to the arrival at the sorting centers of PostNL or UPS. As from that point the return still needs to be transported to our warehouse. Once we receive your return you will be informed by mail about further handling.
